Chrismon Advent Tree

Chrismon-Kids has 32 Christian patterns to decorate your Advent tree!

What you need: 

24 Christian symbols, white stiff felt or craft foam. A variety of gold adornments such as gold beads, trims, paint, etc. Green felt cut to size of the tree you're making. The patterns may be reduced in size to make a smaller tree. Check out our Chrismon-Kids patterns! 

 

What you do:

Using your green felt, cut your tree shape for the first day of Advent. (Cut the ornaments beforehand, then arrange them to see how large your felt tree shape must be.) Hang on a wall or door. Each day after, decorate one ornament to go on the tree. Chrismon ornaments are decorated using gold adornments. Attach with Velcro to the tree. (You usually only need to use the loop side of the Velcro on the back of your ornament in order to stick to the felt.) On Christmas Day place the 'Baby Jesus in the Manger' ornament on your tree.
